花岗岩表面激光破岩预钻孔工艺影响研究
Research on the Process influence of Laser Pre-drilling on Granite Surface
摘要
采用高能激光束对岩石表面进行照射, 通过对实验中孔径、孔深、去岩量、去岩效率等参数的测量与计算, 研究激光功率及辐照时间对花岗岩预钻孔效果的影响。结果表明, 随激光功率增加, 破岩孔径、去岩量、去岩效率增加, 孔深出现波动, 钻孔速度变化不大; 随激光辐照时间增加, 破岩孔径、孔深、去岩量增加, 激光钻孔速度、去岩效率明显下降。该实验条件下, 激光功率越大, 辐照时间越长, 去岩效果越好; 激光功率为1 000 W时, 钻孔效果较好。
Abstract
The rock surfaces are irradiated by the high-energy laser beam, the effects of laser power and irradiation time on the pre drilling of granite are studied through measuring and calculating the parameters, such as the diameter and depth of the hole, the quantity and efficiency of removing rock. The experimental results show that the diameter, quantity of removing rock, efficiency of removing rock increase as the increase of the laser power. The depth of the hole fluctuates, and the drilling speed show a negligible change. As the laser irradiation time increases, the diameter, the depth, the quantity of removing rock increase, the laser drilling speed and the efficiency of removing rock decrease obviously. Under the experimental conditions, the rock removal effect has positive correlations to the laser power and the irradiation time. The effect of drilling hole is better when the laser power is 1 000 W.
