高功率碟片激光扫描焊接工艺研究
Study on Processes of Laser Scanning Welding Using High Power Disk Laser
摘要
为了实现薄板材料的高功率激光扫描焊接工艺, 将高功率碟片激光与振镜结合, 在2 mm碳钢表面进行了激光扫描焊接试验, 对激光扫描焊接焊缝截面尺寸及组织进行了研究, 分析了焊接速度对熔深熔宽的影响规律, 并采用1 mm碳钢进行了搭接焊接试验。结果表明, 在激光功率5 kW, 扫描速度30 mm/s时, 可获得2 mm厚的熔深, 而随着焊接速度的增大, 焊缝熔深、深宽比逐渐减小, 焊缝熔宽变化幅度较小。搭接焊接结果表明, 激光扫描焊接能够获得良好的接头, 拉伸测试表明接头强度高于母材。
Abstract
To realize laser scanning welding process for thin metalmaterials with high power, high power laser and scanner had been combined to set experiment equipment. The experiments had been carried out on carbon steel with 2 mm thickness. Weld cross section size and structure had been studied and the influence rule on the weld width and penetration of welding speed were analyzed, and laser overlap scanning welding on carbon steel with 1mm thickness had been carried out. The results show it can be realized of 2 mm penetration with laser power 5 kW and scanning speed 30 mm/s. It was found that the weld penetration and depth-to-width ratio tends to decrease with the increasing of scanning speed, but the weld pool width changing scale is small. The result of overlap welding shows it can obtain a good joint using laser scanning welding. Tensile strength test shows that the tensile strength is higher than that of base metal.
