变张力下光纤线圈内部应力分布研究

摘要
针对光纤敏感线圈绕制过程中,不同层绕制张力变化引起其内部应力分布状态不同会导致光纤敏感线圈不能正常使用的问题,通过研究光纤敏感线圈中不同层光纤的受力状态,结合具体的绕制参数,建立对应的物理模型,采用有限元软件对其内部应力进行仿真分析,从而得到光纤线圈内部应力优化的具体方法。通过仿真及数据分析可得: 采用绕制张力逐渐减小的方法能够有效提升光纤线圈在绕制初始阶段内部应力降低的速率,有助于增加其应力较小的层数,缩短应力释放时间,提高其在应用中的可靠性。
Abstract
Winding tension change in different layer of fiber coils will induce different internal stress distribution of optical fiber coils, because of which the optical fiber coil can not work normally. By studying the force state of fiber in different layers and combining with actual winding parameters, the physical model of optical fiber coil was built. By analyzing the internal stress with the finite element software, the specific methods for optimizing the internal stress distribution of fiber coil were proposed. Simulation results show that the decreased winding tension in different layers can effectively increase the reducing rate of internal stress in the different layers, increase the layers with a smaller stress, and shortern the time of stress release, thus enhance its reliability in applications.
