摘要
针对复杂战场环境实时侦察的需求, 介绍了一种 220 GHz太赫兹合成孔径雷达( SAR), 重点研究了雷达系统设计、宽带信号补偿和 SAR成像实验。雷达信号采用线性调频连续波模式, 中心频率为216 GHz, 带宽为 4.8 GHz, 采用去斜处理体制, 完成了宽带一维距离像实验和 SAR成像实验。实验结果表明雷达成像分辨力达到了 3 cm。
Abstract
A 220 GHz terahertz(THz) Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) is introduced focusing on the radar system design, wideband signal compensation and SAR imaging experiments. The radar signal is based on Linear Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(LFMCW) mode with a center frequency of 216 GHz and a bandwidth of 4.8 GHz; and the de-chirping processing method is adopted in the radar system. The one-dimensional wideband range imaging and SAR imaging experiments are conducted. The experimental results show that the radar imaging resolution is 3 cm.
