摘要
采用高温固相反应法制备了Sr1-xCaxSi2O2N2∶Eu2+系列荧光粉, 研究Y3+离子掺入对荧光粉发光性能的影响。对于SrSi2O2N2∶Eu2+, Y3+离子掺入主要起到稳定Eu2+价态的作用, 避免Eu2+氧化为Eu3+, 从而提高SrSi2O2N2∶Eu2+的发光性能。对于CaSi2O2N2∶Eu2+, Y3+离子掺入除了稳定Eu2+价态作用外, 还能有效减小Eu2+取代Ca2+后晶格膨胀引起的应力, 提高Eu2+在晶格中的溶解度。Sr1-xCaxSi2O2N2∶Eu2+(x=0,0.15,0.3,0.6,0.75,0.95)系列荧光粉中随着Ca含量的增加, 共掺Y3+离子对样品发光强度的提高程度也随之增加(20%~80%)。
Abstract
Sr1-xCaxSi2O2N2∶Eu2+/Y3+ (x=0, 0.15, 0.3, 0.6, 0.75, 0.95) phosphors were prepared by a high temperature solid-state reaction method. The effect of Y3+ doping on the luminescence properties of the samples was studied. The results revealed that Y3+ ion doping may significantly improve the photoluminescence properties of MSi2O2N2∶Eu2+(M=Ca, Sr) because the point defect result from the substitution of Y3+ ions for M2+ could inhibit the oxidization of Eu2+ to Eu3+. Besides, The Y3+ ion has smaller radius which could relax the expansion caused by the larger Eu2+ in CaSi2O2N2∶Eu2+. The structure of Sr1-xCaxSi2O2N2∶Eu2+/Y3+ can solve more Eu2+ ions at an equal distortion degree. With the increasing of x values in Sr1-xCaxSi2O2N2∶Eu2+/Y3+, the luminescence intension ratio of Sr1-xCaxSi2O2N2∶Eu2+/Y3+(B1-B6) to Sr1-xCaxSi2O2N2∶Eu2+(A1-A6) raises (120%~180%).
