摘要
作为超快光纤激光器核心部件的可饱和吸收体近年来在纳米科学发展的带动下取得了很多突破性的进展, 尤其是以碳纳米管材料为代表的光纤型可饱和吸收体受到了国际上的广泛关注。超快光纤激光器的应用不断扩展, 包括精细加工、光谱特性探测、无损成像、光频率梳产生、材料的超快动力学研究等。针对近年来基于碳纳米管的超快光纤激光器的工作做一部分综述工作。对碳纳米管的原理、制备、非线性光学特性, 尤其是在超快光纤激光器中的应用做出总结。
Abstract
Saturable absorber, as the key device of ultrafast fiber lasers, has achieved tremendous development with the advancement of nanotechnologies. With the extension of applications of ultrafast fiber lasers in various fields including micro-machining, spectroscopy, non-invasive imaging, frequency comb generation, and ultrafast dynamics study in condense matter physics, the progression of carbon nanotube based all-fiber type saturable absorber has received significant attention over the past decade. In this paper, we have review the carbon nanotubes fabrication, characterization, and nonlinear optical response have been reviewed, with an emphasis on the ultrafast fiber lasers based on carbon nanotubes.
