摘要
设计了一种能够偏转光线角度的光学膜, 使显示模块中心的亮度光线以特定角度出射。运用Lighttools软件进行了角度亮度仿真, 分析了大视角光线的光路, 并对转向膜微结构进行优化以消除大视角光线。制作了包含转向膜的显示模块样品并进行试验。结果表明, 该转向膜具有控制光线角度的功能, 能够有效消除光污染。
Abstract
A light turning film was designed, which could emit the center light of a LCM (LCD module) at a given angle. Luminous distribution was simulated using Lighttools, and the light paths of the large view angles were analyzed were eliminated by the optimization of the microstructure surface of the light turning film. A LCM sample was produced and measured. The practical measurement result shows that the light turning film has the function of light angle control, thus eliminating the light pollution effectively.
