串联石墨烯与光波导复合结构的分光与光电转换一体器件特性研究

摘要
提出一种在光波导上集成石墨烯的新原理分光器件, 采用十字结构波导, 且使用可扩展的串联形式进行分光, 并设计了耦合结构, 此分光器件应用于红外波段。经comsol软件对该器件的分光特性进行仿真测试, 结果显示此结构不仅分光效率高, 而且耦合结构具有输入输出损耗小的优点。
Abstract
A new principle spectrophotometer with integrated graphene on optical waveguide was proposed. The cross structure waveguide was used, and the splitting structure was used in the form of extensible tandem, and the coupling structure was designed. The spectroscopic device is applied to the infrared band. The performance of the device is simulated by the comsol software. The results show that this structure has the advantages of high spectral efficiency, as well as small input and output loss.
