一种移像型可见光条纹管

摘要
研制了一种阴极有效直径为15 mm、荧光屏输出面直径为40 mm的可见光条纹管。利用光学纤维面板作为阴极输入光窗,实现了光学上零厚度的目标,提高了光能传输效率和图像传输质量。依据阴极和荧光屏显示面积设计了一种放大率适中的电子光学系统,实现了较大探测狭缝的目标。测试结果显示,条纹管的静态空间分辨率达到25 lp/mm以上,时间分辨率优于20 ps,满足高速信号探测中较大狭缝尺寸条纹管的应用需求。
Abstract
A new streak tube for visible light detection was successfully developed. The effective diameter of photocathode was 15 mm and the output diameter of the phosphor screen was 40 mm. The fiber plate was adopted as the input window of the streak tube to realize zero optical thickness and improve the optical transmission efficiency and image quality. An electro-optical system with proper magnification ratio was designed based on the diameter of the photocathode and phosphor screen, which could meet the requirement of large detection slit. The test results show that the static spatial resolution of the streak tube is better than 25 lp/mm, and the temporal resolution is better than 20 ps. The design of the streak tube meets the requirements of relative large detection area and high speed detection of large objects.
