摘要
提出了一种干涉仪标准球面镜头智能化选择的方法, 能够根据被测样品的类型、口径和曲率半径智能化地选择出符合测量要求且经济实惠的光学系统口径和标准球面镜头, 并通过表格导入数据来输出结果, 这为光学的检测节约了时间、提供了便利。最后, 程序优化了所选择标准球面镜头的数量, 大大缩减了成本。
Abstract
A method for smart selection of interferometer presented. According to the type, size and ROC of the sample, the optical aperture and TSs transmission spheres can be automatically selected, which can meet the requirements of measurement. At the same time, it is inexpensive. The selection results will come out by importing data through a spread sheet. Therefore, it can save time and provide convenience for optical testing. This application eliminates human calculation errors, optimizes the selection of transmission spheres (including the least number required) and interferometer sizes, and increases efficiency.
