摘要
LED正逐步替代传统卤素光源应用于机场助航灯, 跑道警戒灯作为防止飞机入侵跑道的重要助航灯, 针对其发光特性要求, 提出对环形和方形LED阵列中心照度和发光角度研究。首先给出单LED光源在目标平面中心照度和发光角度的计算方法。其次在满足均匀排布的前提下, 构造上述两种阵列, 利用Matlab仿真在不同目标距离下对应的中心照度、发光角度及光斑半径的变化规律, 并采用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合。最后通过光学软件TracePro进行追迹模拟仿真。结果表明: 随目标距离的增大, 两种阵列中心照度逐渐减小, 光斑半径和发光角度逐渐增大, 当目标距离小于8 m时, 两种阵列发光特性存在差异, 环形阵列的中心照度较大, 方形阵列发光角度较大, 随着目标距离的增大, 两种阵列的发光特性逐渐趋于一致。以4C级机场为例, 分析得出上述两种阵列对A型警戒灯均适用, B型警戒灯适于采用方形阵列。
Abstract
Traditional halogen light sources are being gradually replaced by LED for airfield navigation lights. The runway guard lights are important navigation lights to prevent the aircraft from invading the runway. The study of the ring and square LED array center illumination and luminous angle is proposed aiming at its requirements of the luminous characteristics. Firstly, the calculation method of center illumination and luminous angle of single LED light source at target plane is given. Secondly, the above two arrays are constructed in the premise of satisfying the uniform arrangement. The center illumination, the luminous angle and the spot radius of two arrays at different target distances are researched by Matlab, and the least square method is used to simulate the power function curve. Finally, the tracing simulation is performed through the software TracePro. The results show that with the increase of the target distance, the center illumination of the two arrays gradually decreases, the spot radius and the luminous angle of both gradually increase. When the target distance is less than 8 m, the luminous characteristics of the two arrays are different. The center illumination of ring array is slightly larger, and the luminous angle of square array is slightly larger. The luminous characteristics of the two arrays are gradually tending to consistency with the increase of the target distance. Taking the 4C class airport as an example, it is calculated that the above two arrays are applicable to A-type guard lights and square array is suitable for B-type guard lights.
