激光量子点背光显示模组光强度对色域影响的研究
Effect of Luminance on Color Gamut of Laser QD Backlight Display
摘要
采用调节光源亮度和调整量子点膜排列方式的方法对亮度和色域的相关性进行了研究。结果表明激光光源的亮度与量子点膜显示器的色域存在非线性关系,通过优化激光光源的亮度可提高激光量子点膜背光显示器的显示色域。同时,提出了采取量子点膜不同的组合和放置顺序的方法,以减小光强对色域影响的灵敏度。
Abstract
To better understand the effect of luminance on color gamut of laser QD backlight display, controlled luminance of the laser source has been adopt in the study, and the lying sequence of QD film on the light-guided-plate(LGP) as a relevant factor has also been studied. The result shows that there exists a non-linear relationship between the luminance and display color gamut. A higher color gamut can be obtained when luminance is optimized, and the correct lying sequence of the QD film on the LGP can reduce the effect of luminance on color gamut of display.
