摘要
基于数字散斑干涉(Digital Speckle Pattern Interferometry, DSPI)成像原理,提出了一种利用空间相位移技术的材料三维变形检测系统。并以薄铝板为测试材料,在固定点机械受力条件下进行了热膨胀变形测试实验。通过对检测系统进行坐标标定和不同传感器图像间的相关运算,获取三个不同视觉方向图像之间各像素的匹配关系,然后对匹配好的图像进行滤波和解包裹处理,从而可解析出物体在形变过程中X、Y、Z 三个方向的位移。结果表明所提出的方法可为非结构化环境下材料表面三维应变高精度检测提供了一种有效的方法。
Abstract
Based on the principle of digital speckle pattern interferometry (DSPI), a three-dimensional material deformation detection system based on spatial phase shifting technique is proposed. With thin aluminum plate as test materials, thermal deformation test is done under the condition of fixed point machanical force. Through the coordinate caliberation of the detection system and the correlation operations between images of different sensors, the match relationship between the pixels of three different visual orientation image is obtained. The displacement of X, Y, Z direction resulting from the deformationon interfaces of materialcan be resolved by filtering and unwrapping the correlated image. The proposed method offers an effective way for 3D strain high-precision measurement of the material surface under unstructured environment.
