激光冲击强化5083铝合金力学性能的实验研究

摘要
实验分析了不同工艺参数的激光冲击处理对5083铝合金力学性能的影响, 结果表明:与未处理试样相比(336.44 MPa, 99 HV), 经过激光能量密度4.47 GW/cm2与5.62 GW/cm2冲击处理后, 试样的抗拉强度分别提升至347.02 MPa与353.13 MPa, 硬度分别提高了17%与27%。同时, 晶粒的尺寸与未处理试样相比明显变小, 晶粒细化明显。综上所述: 激光冲击强化产生的塑性变形引起的晶粒细化能有效提高材料的抗拉强度与表面硬度。
Abstract
The mechanical properties of 5083 aluminum alloy processed by laser shock peening(LSP) treatment with different process parameters were analyzed. The results show that compared with the untreated samples(336.44 MPa, 99 HV), the tensile strength increased to 347.02 MPa, 353.13 MPa and the surface hardness increased 17%, 27% for LSP treated with 4.47 GW/cm2, 5.62 GW/cm2 respectively. Meanwhile, the microstructures were observed that the sizes of the gains are obviously smaller than the untreated samples. It indicates that LSP can improve the tensile strength and the surface hardness due to the gain refinement resulting from the serious plastic deformation during the process.
