目的: 探究 Nd: YAG激光辅助治疗慢性龈炎的临床疗效。方法: 选取120例慢性龈炎患者, 随机分配为两组, 实验组进行全口龈上洁治术后用Nd: YAG激光进行处理, 对照组仅进行全口龈上洁治术, 分别对两组进行术后即刻反应、术后3天、7天恢复情况进行观察。结果: 术后即刻反应情况及术后3天恢复情况, 两组具有显著性差异; 但术后7天恢复情况, 两组差异无统计学意义。结论: 应用Nd: YAG激光辅助治疗慢性龈炎可有效改善患者术后反应, 帮助炎症快速消退, 缩短恢复期。

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Nd:YAG laser adjuvant therapy for chronic gingivitis. Methods: 120 cases were randomly assigned into 2 groups, The experimental group was treated with Nd: YAG laser after supragingival scalling, while the control group were managed only by supragingival scalling. The immediately postoperative reaction,3 days and 7 days postoperative result were compared. Result:The immediate reaction and postoperative recovery of 3 days were significantly different between the two groups. However, the difference was not statistically significant after 7 days. Discussion: Nd: YAG laser adjuvant treatment of chronic gingivitis can effectively improve the postoperative reaction of patients, help the inflammation to fade rapidly and shorten the recovery period.
