摘要
基于典型的折反式超短投射比DLP投影光学系统, 提出并搭建了一种通过调整RGB-LED轮转占空比实现白平衡同步实时反馈的DLP投影仪全性能快速测试平台, 设计了投影系统的整机层叠式机构和散热布局, 并在测试平台下通过光学、散热、功耗、噪声和温升等实验对投影整机的光电性能进行了验证。实验结果具有一定的应用价值和可行性,能够为相关研究和产业化生产提供基本的参考依据。
Abstract
Based on the current typical catadioptric ultrashort throw ratio DLP projection system, a rapid testing platform for DLP projector is presented and demonstrated. Synchronous real-time feedback is realized by adjusting the RGB-LED duty cycle to achieve the white balance. A layered and integrated mechanism and a cooling layout are designed. The system performance is verified by optical, thermal, noise, temperature rise and power consumption test, respectively. The experimental results show certain application value and feasibility, which can provide basic reference for related research and industrialized production.
