高功率光纤耦合蓝光激光器设计与实现

摘要
针对在激光加工、医疗、通信、显示及照明等领域对高功率蓝光激光器的特殊需求,提出了一种高功率蓝光光纤耦合激光器的实现方法。多个激光二极管经非球面透镜准直后以阵列方式排列,利用反射镜可以将激光二极管阵列输出光束的间隔压缩得很小,能够将48颗450 nm单管激光二极管输出光束耦合进一根芯径400 μm、数值孔径0.22的多模光纤中,在ZEMAX非序列模式下完成仿真设计,最后实验调试结果为光纤耦合激光器输出功率156.3 W,耦合效率81.4%。实验调试结果表明,本光纤耦合激光器具有功率高、结构简单、调试方便、稳定性高、成本低等特点,在激光显示、激光照明、激光加工、激光医疗等方面具有较好的应用前景。
Abstract
High-power blue laser plays an important role in many applications such as processing,medical treatment,communication,display and illumination. A method of the high-power fiber-coupled blue laser is presented by decreasing the distance of the laser beams. As many as 48 diode lasers at 450nm are coupled into a 400 μm/NA0.22 multimode fiber. The simulation result is presented in the Zemax optical design software. The actual testing results indicate that the output of the fiber-coupled blue laser is 156.3W and the coupling efficiency is 81.4%. The test results show that the fiber-coupled laser has the features of high power, simplicity, debugging convenient, high stability and low cost etc.. High-power blue laser can be widely used in laser display, laser illumination, laser processing and medical treatments.
