角散射低质量浓度烟尘在线测量系统设计

摘要
针对燃煤电厂低质量浓度烟尘排放在线监测问题,研究了燃煤电厂排放烟尘粒径特征,通过对该粒径颗粒的散射进行仿真计算,设计了基于角散射原理的低质量浓度烟尘在线测量系统。利用该系统对低质量浓度烟尘进行了测量,实验验证了低质量浓度下角散射光强度与烟尘质量浓度成正比,同时拟合得到了角散射光强与烟尘质量浓度成线性关系,拟合因子R2为0.972,这为后续燃煤电厂排放监测应用提供了参考。
Abstract
For on-line monitoring of low concentration dust emission in coal-fired power plant,the particle size characteristic was summarized.According the simulations of particle scattering,the on-line measurement system of low concentration dust based on angle scattering was designed and applied to experimental measurements.The proportional relationship between light intensity and dust concentration has been verified.This linear relationship has been obtained by fitting and the fitting factor R2 is 0.972.It provides the basis for further application of on-line monitoring of low concentration dust emission in coal-fired power plant.
