固相法制备新型红色荧光粉K6Ba4B8O19x%Eu 3+的研究

摘要
通过固相反应法合成了一种新型硼酸盐荧光粉K6Ba4B8O19x%Eu 3+,并测得其荧光量子效率。结果表明,实验合成了接近纯相的K6Ba4B8O19基质;当合成温度为750 ℃时,K6Ba4B8O19∶5%Eu 3+的X射线衍射谱与K6Ba4B8O19标准卡片符合较好;在395 nm波长激发下,K6Ba4B8O19∶Eu 3+在592 nm( 5D0F1)和613 nm( 5D07F2)处分别有橘红光和红光发射峰;荧光发射强度随Eu 3+摩尔分数的增大而增大,当Eu 3+摩尔分数为6%时达到最大值。测得K6Ba4B8O19∶6%Eu 3+在激发波长395 nm下的荧光量子效率值为4.51%。获得的粉体呈不规则颗粒状。
Abstract
The novel K6Ba4B8O19∶x%Eu 3+ fluorescent powders are prepared by the solid phase reaction method and their fluorescence quantum efficiency is measured. The results indicate that the nearly pure phase of K6Ba4B8O19 matrix is synthesized experimentally. When the synthesis temperature is 750 ℃, the X-ray diffraction spectrum of K6Ba4B8O19∶5%Eu 3+ is well consistent with that in the standard card of K6Ba4B8O19. Under an excitation at 395 nm wavelength, the orange and the red emission peaks occur at 592 nm ( 5D0F1) and 613 nm ( 5D0F2) of K6Ba4B8O19∶Eu 3+, respectively. The fluorescence emission intensity increases with the increase of Eu 3+ mole fraction, and reaches the maximum when the mole fraction of Eu 3+ is 6%. The fluorescence quantum efficiency of K6Ba4B8O19∶6%Eu 3+ under an excitation at 395 nm is 4.51%. The obtained powders are irregularly granular.
