激光深熔焊接过程质量监测技术研究现状
Research Status of Quality Monitoring Technology in Laser Deep Penetration Welding Process
摘要
针对当前激光深熔焊接过程中由于焊接速度快、干扰因素多而导致焊接质量难以实时在线监控的问题, 通过理论分析研究激光焊接过程中产生的等离子体、羽辉、可见光等光电信号以及熔池、小孔的图像信息与焊接状态、焊缝质量之间的内在关系。分别介绍了国内外不同学者在熔池及小孔、等离子体信号、焊缝熔透状态及羽辉光谱信号监测等方面的研究方法和研究成果, 并重点介绍机器视觉在激光深熔焊接过程质量在线监测中的研究现状及发展趋势。
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of online monitoring the laser deep welding quality, which is caused by the high welding speed and multiple interference factors. Through theoretical analysis study the inner relationship between the welding state, weld quality and the plasma, plume, visible light and other photoelectric signal as well as the image information of molten pool and small hole. The research methods and results of different scholars at home and abroad are introduced respectively in the monitoring of molten pool, holes, plasma signals, weld penetration state and feather spectrum signal, and focus on the role of machine vision in laser deep penetration welding process research status and development trend in quality online monitoring.
