目的: 探讨准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(Laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK)术后分别使用典必殊及氟美童滴眼液, 术后1周、2周、1月、3月眼压的变化。方法: 180例(360只眼)近视眼患者, 进行LASIK手术, 术后分成典必殊和氟美童两个组各90例(180只眼), 每组又分为: A 组低度近视组(0～-3.0 D); B 组中度近视组(-3.25～-6.0 D); C 组高度近视组(≥-6.25 D)。观察术后1周、2周、1月及3个月眼压的变化。结果: 典必殊组眼压明显大于氟美童组, 典必殊组术后1周高眼压比率分别为26.7%、25%、20%, 术后2周比率明显降低, 术后1月比率稍有增高, 术后3月眼压几乎恢复正常, 氟美童组术后1周高眼压比率分别为10%、5%、6.7%, 其余月份为0。结论: 典必殊与氟美童均能很好的控制LASIK术后炎症反应, 氟美童较典必殊更安全, 术后早期应监测眼压。

Purpose: To assess and compare the performances of Tobramycin Dexamethasone and Fluorometholone eye drops based on the results of intraocular pressure changes 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after LASIK. Methods: 180 cases of postoperative LASIK(360 eyes)were divided into two groups(180 eyes each)according to their applications of Tobramycin Dexamethasone and Fluorometholone eye drops respectively. Based on their preoperative diopters, these two groups were further divided into 3 subgroups: low myopia group(0～-3.0 D), moderate myopia group(-3.25～-6.0 D)and high myopia group(≥-6.25 D). The changes of intraocular pressures would be observed 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after LASIK. Results: It suggested the intraocular pressure observed value of Tobramycin Dexamethasone was significantly greater than that of Fluorometholone.For Tobramycin Dexamethasone group, one week after LASIK, the percentages of high intraocular pressure within the three subgroups were 26.7%, 25% and 20%. These figures decreased dramatically after 2 weeks and increased slightly 1 month after LASIK. Almost all intraocular pressure returned to normal 3 months after LASIK. For Fluorometholone, one week after LASIK the percentages of high intraocular pressure within the three subgroups were 10%, 5% and 6. 7%, and returned to 0% for the rest months. Conclusions: Both Tobramycin Dexamethasone and Fluorometholone eye drops achieved good performances on controlling post-operation inflammatory in early post-operation period. However, compared with Tobramycin Dexamethasone, Fluorometholone demonstrated greater medication safety, intraocular pressure should be monitored in early post-operation.
