室温下基于双波段比色法的温度场成像波段选择及仿真

摘要
在室温条件下, 若处于同一环境下的多个物体, 温度不同, 发射率不同, 当发射率未知时采用单波段辐射的方法难以同时获得不同物体的温度场信息, 即使发射率数据可以获取, 仍需解决图像物体的匹配问题。文章针对复杂背景下温度场成像的上述问题, 应用双波段比色法, 依据温度分辨率, 分析并选择了双波段比色法的合适光学参数范围, 然后仿真了复杂场景下多物体的温度场成像。结果表明:室温条件下, 双波段比色法能消除发射率对温度分辨率的影响, 区分发射率不同物体的温度信息。
Abstract
At room temperature, if there were many objects with different temperature and different emissivity in the same environment, it is difficult to get all the objects’ temperature field at the same time by the single band radiation method. Even if the emissivity data can be obtained, the matching problem between the objects and the picture still need to be solved. In the view of the problems, the dual-band colorimetric method was applied. The important optical parameters for this method were analyzed based on the temperature resolution and the simulation of temperature field imaging showed that the dual-band method can eliminate the influence of the emissivity on the temperature imaging and distinguish the temperature information of the objects with different emissivity at room temperature.
