盘类零件规则式曲直变换尺寸测量算法

摘要
针对盘类零件实现尺寸快速测量的关键问题, 提出了规则式曲直变换检测方法。首先, 根据盘类零件同心弧的图像特征和测量位置固定的特点, 设计了曲直变换式快速检测算法; 然后, 设计了规则式检测方法, 该规则确定了检测路径、边缘检测参数、曲直变换参数和计算规则等信息。实际应用表明:该系统能够实现对盘类零件的通用式快速检测, 设计的规则式检测方法也适用于其他机械零件的尺寸测量。
Abstract
A ruled curve-line conversion detection method was put forward to realize rapid dimension detection of plate parts. Firstly, according to the image characteristics of concentric arcs of plate parts and fixed measuring positions, the fast detection algorithm based on the curve-line conversion was designed. Secondly, the ruled detection method was designed, including the measurement path, edge detection parameters, curve-line conversion parameters, calculation rules and so on. Practical applications indicate that rapid dimension detection can be realized with the proposed ruled detection algorithm, and also it is applicable for the measurment of other mechanical parts.
