摘要
通过共沉淀法,在室温下合成了Eu
3+掺杂氧化钼锌水合物的前驱体。研究了烧结温度对该前驱体的微结构和光致发光性能的影响。研究结果表明,在约400 ℃温度下,通过低成本地烧结Eu
3+掺杂水合物前驱体,可得到Eu
3+掺杂的纳米ZnMoO4结构。
Abstract
The precursor of Eu
3+-doped zinc molybdenum oxide hydrate is synthesized at the room temperature by using the co-precipitation method. The influences of sintering temperature on the microstructure and photoluminescence performance of this precursor are investigated. The research results show that the Eu
3+-doped ZnMoO4 nanostructure can be obtained by sintering the precursor of Eu
3+-doped zinc molybdenum oxide hydrate with a low cost and at about the temperature of 400 ℃.
