304不锈钢激光焊接工艺及微观组织研究

摘要
采用300 W准连续激光器对1.0 mm 厚的304不锈钢板进行拼接焊接试验, 对激光焊接工艺参数进行正交优化试验, 工艺参数为峰值功率3 000 W, 脉冲宽度6 ms, 离焦量2 mm时, 焊接接头达到最佳的抗拉强度为723.6 MPa, 高于母材。对焊缝微观组织进行分析, 焊缝中心位置呈细小等轴晶。
Abstract
The 300 W quasi-continuous laser was used to perform a splicing welding test on 1.0 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate. Through the process parameters tested by orthogonal optimization, when the peak power was 3 000 W, pulse width was 6 ms, defocusing amount was 2 mm, the tensile strength of the joints reached 723.6 MPa, which was better than the base metal. The microstructure of the weld was analyzed and the center of the weld was a fine equiaxed crystal.
