摘要
传统微弱激光编码信号发生器存在体积大或编码精度差等问题。文中提出一种基于STC15W408AS单片机手持式微弱激光编码信号发生器的设计, 解决了传统单片机定时器定时精度差, 需高速复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)辅助设计的问题。采用可编程计数器阵列(PCA)定时器模式, 将单片机输出的脉冲时序精度提升至亚微秒级。整机采用单+3.7 V供电方案, 可通过按键或WiFi进行控制, 具有功耗低、时序信号精度高、易于携带和操作使用等优点。
Abstract
The traditional weak laser coding signal generator has some problems such as large size and poor coding accuracy. A design of hand-held weak laser coding signal generator based on STC15W408AS microcontroller is presented. It solved the problem of the poor timing precision of the traditional microcontroller timer, which requiring high speed complex programmable logic device (CPLD) to assist design. A programmable counter array (PCA) timer mode is used to improve the pulse timing accuracy of the microcontroller to sub-microsecond. The whole machine adopts a single +3.7 V power supply scheme, which can be controlled by buttons or WiFi, with advantages of low power consumption, high precision timing signal and easy to carry and operate.
