摘要
为实现周期结构电磁特性在真空器件中的全维度开发,提出一种交错子周期折叠波导慢波结构。通过软件仿真的方法研究了该结构的色散、耦合阻抗等冷特性。与一般折叠波导的冷特性进行对比,发现其较于一般折叠波导,在 3π模处可产生明显止带和高耦合阻抗。通过模拟结构尺寸变化对冷特性的影响,掌握设置相应尺寸控制止带参数的规律和方法,基于这一特性和方法可以开展新器件的研发。
Abstract
To achieve the application of electromagnetism characteristics of period structure in vacuum devices, a new slow wave structure called stagger half-period folded waveguide is put forward. By using the software, the dispersion and coupling impedance of this structure are studied. Compared with the cold characteristics of normal folded waveguide, it can produce obvious stop-band at the 3π phase shift and high coupling impedance. Then the effect of structure dimension on cold characteristics is simulated by changing the dimensions. The rule and method of controlling the stop-band parameters are studied by setting relative dimensions. This work can provide reference for the research of new devices.
