光弹材料应力与红外辐射关系的实验验证

摘要
为了探究加载试件中的应力值大小与其红外辐射的关系,通过在相同实验条件下对环氧树脂三点弯曲梁分别进行了光弹性成像实验及红外辐射成像探测,并分别计算和读出光弹性实验等差线图和红外图像相同点处的应力值和灰度值。通过对实验数据的分析和比较,发现试件各研究点处的应力值与红外灰度值之间具有线性关系,应力值与等差线条纹级数之间也具有线性关系,这揭示了红外图像是可以准确反应出应力值,即人们可以利用红外来直接测量应力大小。虽然光弹和红外都可给出应力的场图,但因光弹只能用于测量透明材料,而红外的测量是不受待测材料是否为透明所影响的,这为工程中利用红外来直接测量岩石、混凝土等非透明材料中的应力分布提供了可能。
Abstract
In order to investigate the relationship between the stress and infrared radiation in solid materials exerted to loading, an experiment was carried out using epoxy resin specimens. A photoelastic image and an infrared radiation image were obtained, based on which stress was calculated. A linear relationship between the stress value and the infrared radiation value was observed. Our results may provide a new method of stress measurement. Although the stress field can be obtained by both photoelastic and infrared measurements, the former can only be used in measuring transparent materials, while the latter can be used for any materials, including rock and concrete. Such advantages of the infrared measurement may provide a novel method to obtain stress distribution.
