摘要
利用石英倾斜仪CCD驱动器、高精度电动位移台和光路系统搭建测试平台, 对线阵CCD亚像素细分定位中的一种灰度加权重心法进行实验测试。通过噪声漂移实验和分辨力测试实验, 验证了灰度加权重心法能够有效抑制噪声干扰, 提高CCD像点定位分辨力, 实现线阵CCD亚像素细分定位。实验结果, 倾斜仪CCD驱动器采用加权重心法将像点定位分辨力提高至了1/3像素。
Abstract
A testing platform is composed of by CCD driver of quartz tiltmeter, precision motorized linear translation stage and light-path system. Experiments of sub-pixel subdivision location of linear CCD based on gray weighted centroid algorithm are carried out on this platform. The noise drift experiment and resolution test show that the algorithm can effectively suppress noise, improve resolution of sub-pixel subdivision location of linear CCD. The testing CCD driver’s light-spot location resolution is increased to 1/3 pixel by this method.
