摘要
基于中波制冷型640 pixel×512 pixel(15 ?滋m)凝视焦平面探测器, 设计了远距离探测/识别的高清晰大变倍比连续变焦热像仪。该热像仪变倍比为35, 长焦处瞬时视场(IFOV)为 0.027 mrad/pixel, 在标准大气环境中观察视场角为35°×28°, 能够对4 m×3 m×2.3 m尺寸的车辆进行55 km处探测、15 km处识别(识别概率为50%), 满足现代光电**系统的远距离作战需要。热像仪采用平滑的变倍-补偿曲线光学系统设计、单导轨/双滑块变焦结构技术、自适应伺服控制技术以及红外图像增强技术, 获得了在整个大变倍比的连续变焦过程中图像始终清晰并且无间断点。在奈奎斯特频率处(18 cyc/mrad)进行最小可分辨温差(MRTD)测试, 测试结果表明该热像仪性能优良, 证明该热像仪的各项关键技术实现了从理论设计到整机系统的工程化研究。
Abstract
Large zooming ratio thermal imager based on medium-wave(MW) 640 pixel×512 pixel(15 ?滋m) MCT staring focal plane detector has been achieved. The thermal imager has wide field of 35°×28°capacitating wide area surveillance by 35× continuous zoom optical lens and the instantaneous field of view (IFOV) is 0.027 mrad/pixel. In the standard atmospheric conditions, this thermal imager can detect 4 m× 3 m×2.3 m vehicles target at 55 km and can identify the same target at 15 km (identification probability of 50%). This high performance has met the needs of the modern long-distance photoelectric weapons system. There are four key techniques during the design of the high performance imager including zoom optical system design of smooth change roots compensation curve, the single rail/double slider zoom structure technology, adaptive servo control technology and infrared image enhancement technology. The image is always clear and has no breakpoint in the continuous zoom process of the whole large variable ratio. The excellent Minimum Resolvable Temperature Difference (MRTD) of this imager has been achieved at Nyquist frequency(18 cyc/mrad). Performance data and imager photos have been presented. Test results show that the thermal imager has good performance and the above four key techniques of the thermal imager have been achieved from the theory design to the machine system engineering research.
