激光深熔TIG复合焊工艺适应性研究

摘要
激光深熔TIG复合焊是一种新的高效自动焊接方法, 相比传统TIG焊接, 能够有效增大焊接熔深, 提高焊接效率。以6 mm厚度的Q345B钢板作为母材, 进行复合热源高速单面焊双面成型和打底焊工艺研究, 以及对间隙和错边的适应性, 并对其焊接接头的力学性能进行测试。结果表明, 相较于单独深熔TIG焊, 复合焊的焊接速度有了大幅提高, 最高速度为1 000 mm/min, 焊缝成型更加美观; 复合焊在组对间隙和错变量上有一定的容忍度, 最大容忍度组合为1 mm间隙+1 mm错边; 在中厚板的打底焊中也能很好的实现单面焊双面成型, 焊接接头满足拉伸强度要求。
Abstract
Laser deep melting TIG composite welding is a new high-efficiency automatic welding method. Compared with traditional TIG welding, it can effectively increase the welding penetration and improve the welding efficiency. The Q345B steel plate with 6 mm thickness is used as the base material to study the process of high speed single-side welding double-sided forming and bottom welding with composite heat source, and the adaptability to gaps and misalignments, the mechanical properties of the welded joints are tested. The results show that compared to single deep melting TIG welding, the welding speed of composite welding has been greatly improved, the highest speed is 1 000 mm/min, the weld shape is more beautiful. The composite welding has a certain tolerance to the gap and the error variable in the group, the maximum tolerance is 1 mm gap+1 mm misalignment, and the single-side welding double-sided forming can be well realized in the backing welding of medium thick plate, welded joints meet the requirements of tensile strength.
