激光深熔TIG复合焊接不锈钢的成型工艺研究

摘要
对薄板不锈钢进行激光深熔TIG复合焊接的工艺研究, 保证焊缝成型良好的条件下, 探索能达到的最大焊接速度, 并针对实际焊接生产中组对精度差的问题, 开展了激光深熔TIG复合焊接技术对组对间隙和错边量的工艺适应性研究, 借助高速摄像观察焊接电弧形态分析激光与电弧的相关作用。实验结果表明, 激光功率3.5 kW, 焊接电流150 A, 2 mm的不锈钢在5 m/min的焊速下能得到良好的焊缝; 激光功率4.0 kW, 焊接电流150 A, 4 mm的不锈钢在2 m/min的焊速下能的到良好的焊缝。激光电弧复合焊接薄板不锈钢错边适应性良好。
Abstract
The process of laser deep penetration TIG hybrid welding of thin stainless steel is studied to ensure that the maximum welding speed can be achieved under the condition that the weld is well formed. Aiming at the problem of poor accuracy in actual welding production, the technology of laser deep penetration TIG hybrid welding was applied to study the process adaptability of the pair of gaps and misalignments. The correlation between laser and arc is analyzed by using high-speed video to observe the welding arc shape. The experimental results show that when the laser power is 3.5 kW, welding current is 150 A, 2 mm stainless steel can get a good weld at a welding speed of 5 m/min, when the laser power is 4.0 kW, welding current is 150 A, 4 mm stainless steel can get a good weld at a welding speed of 2 m/min. Laser arc hybrid welding of thin stainless steel has good adaptability to misalignment.
