选择性激光烧结铺粉传动装置结构设计

摘要
为了在成型缸基板上铺上一层均匀、厚度合适的金属粉末, 设计了一套新的传动稳定、精确的铺粉传动装置, 介绍了选择性激光烧结的工作原理, 系统组成, Z方向和XY方向传动的结构以及预期的铺粉结果。利用滚珠丝杠的高精度、微进给、无侧隙以及刚度高的特点, 再加上一对齿轮的减速运动, 从而保证了Z方向的传动。在XY方向上, 利用皮带轮连接两侧的滚珠丝杠, 从而保证铺粉辊子和铺粉板两侧运动的同步性。整套铺粉传动系统不仅缩小了铺粉结构的体积, 保证了烧结运动过程的精确性, 还能保证大型的烧结机在长时间连续运行的情况下, 机械结构传动过程的稳定性和连续性。
Abstract
A novel, transmission stable and accurate powder transmission device is devised to evenly spread a layer of metal powder with suitable thickness on the forming cylinder substrate. The operating principle of the selective laser sintering technology and the system composition, the structure of the Z direction and XY direction transmission, and the expected result of spread spowder are introduced. The transmission in the Z direction is guaranteed by the characteristics of ball screw′s high precision, micro feed, no backlash and high rigidity, combining with the deceleration motion of a pair of gears. In the XY direction, the ball screw on both sides are connected with a belt to ensure the synchronization of the movement of the powder roller and the powder scraper on both sides. The whole powder transmission device system not only reduces the volume of the powder structure, ensures the accuracy of the sintering process, but also ensures the stability and continuity of the mechanical structure transmission process in the case of long-term continuous operation of the large-scale sintering machine.
