摘要
在红外偏振成像中,由偏振片引起的冷反射现象较为严重,为了消除冷反射需要进行非均匀性校正,而非均匀性校正将影响偏振参数解算。从偏振参数解算方程出发,分析了冷反射的校正补偿对偏振解算参数的影响。设计了基于线栅式偏振片的偏振探测去冷反射的数据处理流程,提升了偏振参数的计算值与真值的接近程度,比较了基于多次校正获得的和基于单次校正的差分图像获得的偏振图像,获得了较为理想的红外偏振参数图像。
Abstract
Cold reflection caused by polarizer is serious in infrared polarization imaging field. NUC is necessary to avoid cold reflection, but polarization parameters are influenced by NUC. According to polarization parameters equations, the influence on polarization parameters caused by NUC to avoid cold reflection is analyzed. To avoid cold reflection, a kind of image data processing procedure is developed based on wire grid polarizer. The difference between truth values and calculating values is decreased. Polarization images based on four NUC and polarization images based on one NUC and difference are compared.
