455 nm蓝激光激发YAG∶Ce3+荧光轮光源输出特性研究

摘要
设计了一种高亮度455 nm蓝激光激发YAG∶ Ce3+荧光轮光源,并对其输出特性进行了实验研究。实验证明, 该光源在164.52 W、 455 nm蓝光半导体激光激发下,输出光谱中心波长572 nm,色坐标x=0.448 9, y=0.536 9,最大输出功率49.1 W,亮度22 320.07 lm,最大光效率为454.58 lm/W。实验中还发现光源具有热饱和现象,当激发光强度增加到一定值后其输出功率不升反而下降。研究结果可为设计和研究YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉光源提供参考。
Abstract
A high luminance light source based on 455 nm blue laser excited YAG∶Ce3+ Fluorescent material is designed, and it’s output characteristics are experimentally studied. The experimental results show that under the excitation of a 455 nm laser diode laser with an output power about 164. 52 W, the center wavelength of the output spectrum is 572 nm, the color coordinates x=0. 448 9, y=0. 536 9, the maximum output power, brightness, and light efficiency are up to 49. 1 W, 22 320. 07 lm, and 454. 58 lm/W respectively. The phenomenon of heat saturation is also found in the experiment. When the intensity of the stimulated luminescence increases to a certain value, the output power will not rise but decrease. The results of this paper provide a valuable reference for the design of YAG∶Ce3+ fluorescent light source.
