Calibration Techniques for Data Acquisition Systems of IRFPA Detectors
摘要
数据采集系统的校准验证是准确测试评价红外焦平面阵列探测器性能指标的技术基础。在分析红外焦平面阵列探测器数据采集系统工作原理特点的基础上,提出了利用通用设备和红外焦平面阵列探测器测试系统对数据采集系统进行校准验证的方法。实际测试结果表明该方法有效可行,实现了数据采集系统的采集误差限、线性度、系统噪声、采集速率等关键指标的校准验证。
Abstract
Calibration of data acquisition systems is important for testing infrared focal plane array(IRFPA) detectors. Based on the analyses of the working principle and characteristics, a calibration method for data acquisition systems is presented using general devices and testing systems of IRFPAs. The practical testing results indicate the effectiveness of the method, which could calibrate the key performance metrics of data acquisition systems, including acquisition error bounds, acquisition linearity, background noise, and acquisition frequency.
