微光像增强器信噪比校正测试方法研究

摘要
信噪比是衡量微光像增强器的一个重要参数,它直接影响了微光整机的性能,因此,对像增强器的信噪比测试技术的研究具有重要意义。本文提出了一种微光像增强器信噪比校准测试方法,将经上一级计量机构校准过信噪比的像增强器作为校准管,通过校准管传递的方式,对微光像增强器信噪比测试设备进行校准测试,本文通过对此种方法的可行性以及产生误差进行分析,对 3只像管 5次测试的相对误差都在 2%以内,测试结果更加精准,为微光像增强器的理论研究提供更加精确的数据支持。
Abstract
The signal-to-noise ratio is an important parameter for characterizing low-light image intensifiers, which directly impacts their performance. Therefore, the investigation of this ratio for these devices is of great significance. This paper presents a calibration test method for the signal-to-noise ratio for a low-light image intensifier. An image intensifier calibrated by a high-level metrology institution can be used to calibrate other low-light intensifier SNR test equipments. Therefore, this paper analyzes the feasibility of this method and its error. The relative error obtained for five tests using three low-light intensifiers was less than 2%. And more accurate test results can be obtained, which provides more accurate data support in the investigation of the underlying theory of low-light-level image intensifier devices.
