摘要
研究了激光沉积制造GH4169合金不同方向的显微组织和拉伸性能。结果表明, 激光沉积制造GH4169合金试样的显微组织存在各向异性, 沉积方向为相对粗大的柱状晶, Laves相分布在枝晶间、沿枝晶生长方向呈连续态, 体积分数为5.1%; 垂直于沉积方向的截面组织呈等轴状, Laves相弥散分布在晶间, 体积分数为4.8%。垂直沉积方向上的室温拉伸性能明显优于沉积方向, 不同方向均为韧性断裂。沿沉积高度方向硬度逐渐增大, 在同一沉积高度内, 试样显微硬度未出现明显差异。
Abstract
The microstructure and tensile properties of GH4169 alloy fabricated by laser deposition manufacturing in different directions were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the GH4169 alloy sample prepared by laser deposition manufacturing is anisotropic, and the microstructure of deposition direction exists relatively coarse columnar crystal, the Laves phase is distributed between dendrites and is continuous along the direction of dendrite growth with a volume fraction of 5.1%. The cross-section perpendicular to the deposition direction is equiaxed, and the Laves phase is dispersed in dendrite with a volume fraction of 4.8%. Tensile properties at room temperature in the vertical deposition direction are significantly better than the deposition direction, and the tensile fracture in different directions are ductile fracture. The hardness increases gradually along the deposition height, and there is no significant difference in the microhardness of the sample within the same deposition height.
