不锈钢薄板激光焊接工艺分析

摘要
采用光纤激光对厚0.5 mm的USU304奥氏体不锈钢薄板进行拼接焊试验, 首先利用单因素法比较不同工艺参数下的焊接效果, 然后进行正交试验优化处理, 得出最佳工艺参数。对样品进行了金相试验和拉伸试验, 分析了焊缝的表面形貌、熔深熔宽、金相组织和力学性能。试验结果表明, 在合适的工艺参数条件下, 0.5 mm的USU304奥氏体不锈钢薄板激光拼接焊焊缝成形好、无氧化、飞溅等缺陷, 焊缝组织细小致密, 抗拉强度与母材相当。0.5 mm不锈钢薄板激光拼接焊优化工艺参数为激光功率350~450 W, 焊接速度1~2 m/min, 离焦量0 mm。
Abstract
The USU304 austenitic stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm was used for splicing welding test by a fiber laser. The welding effects were compared under different process parameters by single factor method firstly, and then the orthogonal test optimization process was implemented, and the optimum process parameters was obtained. The metallographic test and tensile test were performed on the samples. The surface topography, fusion depth and width, microstructure and mechanical properties of the welds were analyzed. The experimental results show that under the suitable process parameters, the welding seams of 0.5 mm USU304 austenitic stainless steel thin plate with laser splicing were well formed, with no oxidation, no spatter and other defects, and the microstructure of the weld was small and dense, the tensile strength was comparable to the base metal. The optimized welding process parameters for laser splicing welding of 0.5 mm stainless steel sheet are laser power 350~450 W, welding speed 1~2 m/min, and defocus amount 0 mm.
