摘要
设计了一种双对称性破缺Au-TiO2-Ag三层纳米杯结构,采用有限元方法分析了其局域表面等离子体共振(Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance, LSPR)特性,并采用等离激元杂化理论对LSPR现象进行理论分析。分别仿真了入射光偏振态、核壳结构参数和外界介质折射率对Au-TiO2-Ag三层纳米杯消光光谱的影响。研究结果表明,当入射光偏振方向垂直于对称轴方向时,可将反对称横向耦合模式ω-⊥〉1的共振峰波长调谐至近红外区域1100 nm附近,同时该模式共振波长随外界介质折射率的增大产生红移,这一特性可在生物传感领域得到广泛的应用。
Abstract
In this paper,a dual symmetry breaking in Au-TiO2-Ag nanocups structure was designed.The local surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) properties were analyzed by finite element method,and the LSPR phenomenon was analyzed theoretically by the plasmon resonance theory.The effects of the polarization state of the incident light,the parameters of the core-shell structure and the refractive index of the external medium on the extinction spectra of Au-TiO2-Ag multilayer nanocups were simulated respectively.The results show that as the polarization direction of incident light is perpendicular to the axis of symmetry,the resonance peak wavelength of the anti-symmetric transversely ω-⊥〉1 coupled mode can be tuned to the infrared region 1100 nm.At the same time,the mode resonance wavelength produces a red shift with the increase of the refractive index of the surrounding medium.This feature can be widely used in the field of biological sensors.
