压铸铝与6063铝合金激光焊接工艺研究

摘要
针对压铸铝与6063铝合金焊接中焊缝内部存在气孔的问题,采用功率为1 000 W光纤激光器进行焊接实验,通过对激光重复频率进行实验,得到没有气孔的焊缝。然后对激光功率、焊接速度及激光重复频率三因素进行正交实验,得到最佳工艺参数,焊缝接头最大强度为120.5 MPa。对焊缝表面成型进行研究,结果表明,焊缝成型状态直接影响了焊接接头强度。
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of the existence of porosity in the weld of die-cast aluminum and 6063 aluminum alloy. Fiber laser with a power of 1 000 W was used for welding experiment. Through the experiment on the laser repetition frequency, welds without porosity was obtained. Then the orthogonal experiment was carried out on the three factors of laser power, welding speed and laser repetition frequency, the best process parameters were obtained and the maximum tensile strength of the welded joint was 120.5 MPa. The study of the surface formation of the welds showed that the weld forming state directly affects the tensile strength of the welded joint.
