PIND波形尖峰数与多余物特性关系的研究

摘要
分析了粒子碰撞噪声检测(PIND)中多余物碰撞的动量损失过程, 得到多余物碰撞次数或波形中尖峰数分布按概率与碰撞的弹性程度正相关的推测。制作试验样品并进行PIND试验, 对采集的波形按尖峰数进行分类对比, 结果表明, 在一定的样本空间下, 抵消掉多余物运动方向、碰撞角度等随机因素后, 推测成立, 且不受多余物质量、管壳腔内薄壁结构等因素的影响; 同时得出硬度高且不易变形多余物的τ值高于硬度低或易变形多余物τ值的规律, 据此可通过波形分析评估多余物的特性。
Abstract
The momentum loss process of collision between superfluous objects in particle impact noise detection (PIND) was analyzed. It is conjectured that the distribution of remainder collision times or peak number in waveform is positively correlated with the elasticity of collision. Samples were fabricated and PIND tests were carried out. After classifying the collected waveforms according to peak number, it is shown that the conjecture is true under certain samples after random factors such as motion direction and collision angle are cancelled, and the conclusion is not affected by such factors as remainder mass and thinwalled structure in the shell. The rule is obtained that τ of remainder with high hardness and not easy to deform is higher than that of the remainder with low hardness or easy to deform, which can be used to get characteristics of remainder through waveform analysis.
