光催化空气净化器辐射场性能分析与实验研究

摘要
为了对光催化反应器的结构进行优化, 提高光催化反应器的效率和降低能耗, 获得影响紫外线光子利用率的主要因素及其之间的相互关系, 以通道截面为六边形的蜂窝结构单体为研究对象, 建立了紫外光辐射场模型, 运用高斯勒让德求积法对模型进行了求解。设计了光催化反应器实验系统和方法, 通过实验对模型进行了验证。模型分析和实验结果表明: 紫外线光子强度主要由通道纵横比和内壁反射率决定, 纵横比越小, 光子强度越大; 在一定范围内反射率越高, 光子强度越均匀; 单位面积内六边形通道数量对紫外线光子强度影响不大。
Abstract
In order to optimize the structure of the photocatalytic reactor, improve the efficiencyand reduce the energy consumption of the reactor, the main factors affecting the utilization rate of ultraviolet photons were analyzed. The model of ultraviolet radiation field was established by using the honeycomb structure monomer with hexagonal section of the channel, and the Gauss Legendre method was used to solve the model. The experimental system and method of photocatalytic reactor were designed, and the model was verified by experiments. Model analysis and experimental results show that the ultraviolet photon intensity is mainly determined by the aspect ratio of the channel and the reflectivity of the inner wall. The smaller the aspect ratio is, the greater the photon intensity is, the higher the reflectivity is in a certain range, and the intensity of the light is more uniform. The number of hexagonal channels in per unit area has little effect on the intensity of ultraviolet photons.
