基于分布式布拉格反射器的量子点彩膜

摘要
通过研究量子点彩膜的转换效率、结构对出光强度和色域的影响, 提出了基于分布式布拉格反射器的量子点彩膜新结构。首先通过光学仿真软件导入红/绿量子点参数并构建量子点彩膜光色转换模型, 设置分布式布拉格反射器和传统滤光片的膜层属性; 再以蓝光背光源激发量子点彩膜, 研究膜层在不同膜厚和量子点比重的情况下蓝光利用率; 最后, 比较了传统彩色滤光片和分布式布拉格反射器两种结构对量子点彩膜光学性能的影响。设计结果表明: 新结构比传统彩色滤光片结构红、绿子像素光强分别提升了2.19和2.26倍, 在CIE1931-NTSC标准下可实现色域为128%。
Abstract
The quantum dot color filter membrane structure was simulated. The conversion efficiency of quantum dot film to backlight and the influence of external structure on light intensity and color gamut were researched. Two different band-pass distributed Bragg reflector structures were proposed on top and bottom of quantum dot film. Firstly, the parameters of red/green quantum dots were imported through the optical simulation software, the conversion model of quantum dot color filter was constructed, and the layer properties of distributed Bragg reflectors and conventional filters were set. The quantum dot color filter was excited by the blue backlight, the conversion efficiency of blue light to different film thicknesses and quantum dot specific gravity was studied. The optical influence of traditional filter and distributed Bragg reflector on the optical properties of quantum dot color filter was compared. The simulation results show that the distributed red-green sub-pixel brightness is increased to 2.19 and 2.26 times, by the CIE1931 standard, the color gamut can reach NTSC128%.
