摘要
由于TFT-LCD技术的发展,大屏幕高分辨率的TFT-LCD不断出现,使得专用时序控制芯片(T-CON)已经不能满足其在特殊环境下的使用。为了提升大屏幕LCD在特殊环境下的使用性能,设计了一种针对高分辨率、大屏幕的LCD的驱动电路。采用了FPGA作为核心控制器,辅以必要的外围电路,来实现大屏幕LCD的驱动。同时,实现了电路状态主动监控功能、gamma在线调节功能、参数可配置功能等,极大的提高了电路的可靠性和灵活性。最后,通过实验对此驱动电路进行验证,实验结果验证了电路的有效性。
Abstract
Due to the development of liquid crystal display (LCD) technology, large-size and high-resolution thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) have emerged, and the dedicated timing controller (T-CON) is unable to meet the applications in special environments. In order to improve the performances of large-size LCD in special environments, a driving circuit for high-resolution and large-size LCD is designed. Field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is used as the core controller, supplemented by the necessary peripheral circuits to drive the large-screen LCD. At the same time, the circuit state monitoring, gamma online adjustment and parameter configurable functions are realized, which greatly improves the reliability and flexibility of the circuit. And the driving circuit is verified by experiments, and the effectiveness of the circuit is verified by experimental results.
