机载红外探测器的健康管理及其关键技术研究

摘要
为了加快我国核心电子器件的国产化进程,需要对国产核心电子器件的先进性和可靠性进行验证和评估,以推动国产核心电子器件在电子信息装备中的工程应用。首先分析了开展机载红外探测器在线监测和健康管理所需要的关键技术需求,梳理了国产红外探测器的敏感参数和故障模式,最终确定了机载红外探测器进行在线监测和健康管理的关键技术,并且对机载装备在线监测和健康管理系统未来的发展趋势进行了展望。通过对目前机载红外探测器在线监测和健康管理关键技术研究的梳理,为后续机载红外探测器在线监测和健康管理系统的设计、开发与研制做好铺垫。
Abstract
In order to speed up the localization process of China′s core electronic devices, it is necessary to verify and evaluate the advancement and reliability of domestic core electronic devices to promote the engineering application of domestic core electronic devices in electronic information equipments. Firstly, the key technical requirements for on-line monitoring and health management of airborne infrared detectors are analyzed, and the sensitive parameters and failure modes of domestic infrared detectors are sorted out. Finally, the on-line monitoring and health management of airborne infrared detectors is determined. The future development trend of on-board monitoring and health management system for airborne equipment is prospected. Through the combing of the key technologies for current on-line monitoring and health management of airborne infrared detectors, it paves the way for the design and development of on-line monitoring and health management systems for airborne infrared detectors.
