摘要
针对位相展开时出现的“拉线”现象, 提出了一种基于三次样条插值算法以重建展开相位的拉线处理方法。在位相测量轮廓术中, 需要使用相位展开算法对获得的连续相位, 受位相展开区域极点和截断线的影响, 导致位相展开后模型出现“拉线”现象, 采用基于三次样条插值法对“拉线”处的数据进行重构和预测, 从而消除“拉线”现象。实验中, 通过对“螃蟹”物体进行位相展开验证了该方法的有效性, 表明该方法能够有效处理“拉线现象”, 使得后续三维重建工作的精确性和可靠性得到提高。
Abstract
For avoiding the line-like phase errors of phase unwrapping, a kind of improved method based on cubic spline interpolation is proposed. In phase measuring profilometry, the phase unwrapping algorithm is needed to obtain the unwrapped phase. The effect of phase on regional pole and truncated line will lead to the line-like phase errors phenomenon in the model. By using the cubic spline interpolation method to accomplish the prediction and the reconstruction of the line-like phase errors, so as to efficiently eliminate the line-like phase errors phenomenon. The experimental results of the “crab” object verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. It shows that the proposed method can effectively handle “the line-like phase errors phenomenon” and greatly enhance the accuracy and reliability of the subsequent three-dimensional reconstruction work.
