Research on Supportability and Integrated Supportability for Electronic Equipment
摘要
介绍了保障性和综合保障研究内容, 首先结合保障性设计流程, 对涉及的工作项目内容进行了说明; 其次, 针对综合保障分析技术, 详述了以可靠性为中心的维修分析(RCMA)技术, 并对安全性后果造成的明显故障或隐蔽故障所采取的预防性维修类型的选择进行了详细分析, 对确定方法和使用时机进行了介绍; 给出了在分析工作中的重点关注点; 对维修间隔期的确定给出了一些确定原则; 最后就如何提高装备的保障性水平给出了一些感悟和建议。
Abstract
Supportability and integrated supportability technologies for electronic equipments are introduced. At first, incorporated with integrated supportability design process, the referenced work items are described. And then, according to integrated supportability technology, reliability-centered maintenance analysis (RCMA) technology is described in detail. The choosing of preventive maintenance types for obvious and hidden failures from safety results is analyzed in detail. And the determined methods and usage opportunity are introduced. The important points of analysis work are given. The determined principles of maintenance interval are given. At last, sentiments and advices on improving the supportability level of equipments are given.
