基于曲率变化的内非球面镜片设计方法研究

摘要
探究在基于曲率变化的非球面镜片设计过程中, 镜片中心到边缘的光焦度变化多项式和加光度大小对镜片光学性能的影响。分别利用四阶、六阶和八阶多项式实现非球面镜片从中心到边缘的光焦度变化, 采用不同加光度对光焦度进行设计,对同种中心光度下不同多项式和不同加光度设计的非球面镜片进行仿真, 分析其光焦度和散光分布图。仿真结果表明, 不同的多项式阶数和加光度值对非球镜片的光焦度和周边像散分布有一定的影响;对比发现, 对于不同光焦度的近视镜片采用合适的加光度并按照六阶多项式设计非球面镜片时, 镜片的光学性能较好, 且相对球面和Q-type非球面镜片, 镜片的边缘厚度也实现得到了一定的减薄。
Abstract
To research the influence of the power-variation polynomial and the addition power of the lens from the center to the edge on the optical performance of the lens during the design of aspherical lens based on curvature change, the fourth-order, sixth-order and eighth-order polynomials were used to change the power from center to edge of lens with different addition power. The aspherical lens designed with different polynomial orders and different addition values under the same central power were simulated, and their power and astigmatism maps were analyzed. The simulation results showed that different polynomial orders and addition values had certain influence on the power and peripheral astigmatism of aspherical lens. It was found that the optical performance of the lens designed with the sixth order polynomial was better when the appropriate addition power was used, which was applicable to the myopic lenses with different power, and the edge thickness of the lens also achieves a certain reduction relative to the spherical and Q-type aspherical lens.
