基于支持度和记忆加权的陀螺阵列融合方法

摘要
微机械电子系统MEMS器件存在精度低、噪声大等问题。为提高MEMS陀螺阵列的融合精度, 在传统的支持度融合算法的基础上, 提出了一种剔除异常支持度点, 利用时间的限定记忆信息对融合数据进行参考加权的陀螺阵列融合算法。该算法基于对陀螺阵列进行时空融合的加权思想, 优化了传统的支持度的权值分配, 不仅可以保证陀螺阵列输出的稳定性和可靠性, 还可以使融合更接近真实的输出值。实验结果表明, 该融合算法优于传统的支持度融合算法和平均值估计算法。
Abstract
The Micro Electronic Mechanical System (MEMS) inertial components have some shortcomings such as low accuracy and big noise.In order to improve the fusion accuracy of MEMS gyro array, a gyro array fusion algorithm is put forward based on the conventional algorithm of support degree fusion, which removes abnormal support points and uses limited memory information of time to carry out weighting for the fused data. The algorithm uses the weighted idea of spatio-temporal fusion of gyro array to optimize the traditional weight assignment of the support degree. Thus the stability and reliability of gyroscope array output are guaranteed, and the fusion result is closer to the true value of the output. The experimental result shows that the proposed fusion algorithm is superior to support degree fusion algorithm and the average-value estimation algorithm.
